Tabling Meeting Monday July 13 Noon

Hi Tablers! Please let me know if you can still make our scheduled meeting. I am working on an agenda and welcome items you would like to discuss! Does anyone volunteer to host a Zoom meeting? I have not made an account for that, but I could if nobody else is available. Thanks to John's generosity, we now have a new 27" video monitor for showing videos and/or other web content whenever we can return to tabling!

Here's what I have so far to discuss:

Update video presentation/develop for online posting
Develop visuals for presentations/develop for online presentation (the science board idea), decide on pictures and charts for the board - charts of: temperature (scenarios) over time, GHG emissions path over time per policies and tipping points [thought there were 2 of these, but can't find the second] -pictures of glaciers in Washington receding - differences between 1.5 and 2 degrees -quotes of economists or famous people (scientists) [Janet Yellen, NASA scientist] -basic visuals for children and/or adults less knowledgeable on climate change effects (ocean acidification, sea rise, droughts and wildfires, historic global CO2 showing (recent) spike
Farmer's Market this summer (possible? Ideas? Without actual table-sandwich board idea or portable sign) [Text-to-join, online letter writing, advertise CCL, share info on H.R. 763]
Enroads use
OceanFest - begin to think about video presentation or other online activity if goes online (letters to MOC?), (link to our tabling materials?)
Handouts - review
By the Numbers - (just developing this idea) idea for posting current data in small box and update for each event: # members in local/national CCL, PPM CO2 worldwide, # co-sponsors of the bill, etc)
