That is a good article - I drive a 2018 Leaf. One important thing I didn't see referenced is that public CHAdeMO (high-speed_) charge stations are going away and replaced by CCS. The two systems are incompatible. If a used Leaf owner is going to be traveling a lot, this could be a factor in the decision to buy or not.
